Washington D.C., USA, April 22, 2014 – The Personal Connected Health Alliance  has been launched to represent the consumer voice in personal connected health. It has been established as an international non-profit organisation by Continua Health Alliance, mHealth Summit and HIMSS. 

Beaverton, Oregon, USA – Continua Health Alliance has announced the availability of its most recent 2014 Design Guidelines. Continua is an international non-profit multi-stakeholder group, and the leading organisation convening global technology industry standards to develop end-to-end, plug-and-play connectivity for personal connected health.

Beaverton, Oregon, USA. October 25, 2012 – Continua Health Alliance has appointed two new members to its Board of Directors to serve a one year term. This bring the total number of board members to 13.

Continua Health Alliance has specified Global Certification Forum (GCF) Certification as a pre-requisite for Continua Certification of personal health devices incorporating 3GPP wireless connectivity.
