A company which provides the NHS and health organisations with new generation wireless patient monitoring systems and associated predictive analytics is expanding at Milton Park thanks to increased demand from home and abroad.
Isansys Lifecare Ltd, which is based at 8C Park Square, has been flourishing thanks to the burgeoning demand by healthcare providers for innovative, market-ready solutions that can enable improved patient monitoring and alerting both in hospitals and at home, thus reducing costs for the NHS. It will be expanding into 8D Park Square on 1 February 2015.
“Every patient monitored” is the ethos behind Isansys’ healthcare contract for improving patient safety. Combining a bedside display and data entry screen with the Lifetouch and other wireless wearable sensors, the Patient Status Engine platform reimagines the way patients are monitored in, and out of hospital.
Isansys has expanded its team in all areas including product development, manufacturing, marketing and sales, and regulatory. In just six months, it has doubled its workforce from eight to 16 with further growth planned.
Keith Errey, CEO of Isansys said: “This is a very exciting time for Isansys. We’re working with a number of healthcare organisations and hospitals to respond to the growing awareness of the potential of digital technology within the healthcare community. We aim to provide a vital service which will not only save lives but will reduce overall costs for the NHS and other providers.
“This expansion of our offices is a testament to the growth and success our company has experienced since its founding five years ago, and marks the beginning of a new chapter in our work with clinicians, healthcare providers, patients and communities in the UK and beyond.”
