Daizy partners up with Actility and Abeeway

Paris, France – Daizy, a open enterprise IoT management platform, has partnered  with Actility, becoming an Actility Channel Partner, and ultimately an Actility Solution Partner by becoming a ThingPark Community member.  Actility customers can now benefit from a integration with Daizy’s IoT device, connectivity and data management capabilities, while existing Daizy customers can benefit from the availability of Actility’s ThingPark connectivity.

Daizy also supports Abeeway’ tracking devices in their extensive IoT device catalog, meaning Daizy and Actility customers can quickly and easily add Abeeway devices to their IoT projects on the Daizy IoT Management Platform.

What does Daizy provide?

Daizy was founded on the belief that solving three key challenges will unlock transformational growth in Enterprise IoT:

  • Ensure simple and efficient IoT device management
  • An agnostic solution that works with any device or connectivity
  • IoT technology and data are integrated with existing business systems

Drawing on many years of experience solving the same challenges in the mobile internet market, Daizy is helping Enterprises adopt IoT – accelerating their digital transformation strategies to create smart assets and embed IoT systems and data into their business processes.

Future proofed and scalable, Daizy is being adopted by a growing number of Enterprises, who are achieving real word ROIs, a competitive advantage and delivering on their business goals.

A cloud platform for managing IoT projects, devices, connectivity, and data lifecycles, Daizy provides an intuitive management system for IoT projects and delivers data directly into any existing business systems, while enabling rapid scaling by providing tools to design, install, manage, and maintain IoT devices throughout their lifecycle.

Fitting every vertical, reaching all fields, scalable for any business

With many IoT solutions designed to solve a single, vertical, use-case, the cost and complexity of sensor driven projects can quickly escalate, reducing ROI and introducing long term dependencies that could be difficult to unpick as new innovations become available.

Daizy does away with this ‘swivel chair’ approach providing standardised real-time data feeds across all IoT use cases directly into a customer owned data repository. This ensures that IoT data can be easily combined with data from other business systems and processes.

From smart projects to covering whole enterprises, the Daizy IoT platform scales with no lock-ins to devices, networks, data, or applications, to create new and better-informed relationships between stakeholders, customers, clients, and their surroundings. Affecting every aspect of the enterprise today, the ability to gather, analyze and transform raw data into insights to optimize any industrial process helps make faster and smarter decisions.

Daizy’s partnership with Actility and integration with ThingsPark technology expands the connectivity options available to Daizy customers, and further simplifies the management of IoT devices at massive scale. The Actility / Daizy partnership is applicable to any enterprise IoT use case and is future-proof by being able to grow in line with digital transformation programs.

Currently driving change

Daizy is already being used for many verticals and use cases. For example,  MClimate has made its devices available through the Daizy platform, allowing monitoring of connected heating systems and helping control the temperature in facilities while optimizing energy, consumption, and comfort.

Another game-changing collaboration, and an extremely original project, was a collaboration between Daizy and Ebi, an interactive marketing company. Ebi deliver award winning ROIs and change efficiency gains for their clients through interactive direct mail campaigns with letters that incorporate call-to-action buttons, which once pressed, transmit information wirelessly through IoT.

The ThingPark Community Program

Actility’s ThingPark Community program caters for any type of IoT persona, from device makers, application and solution providers, developers, and the entire ecosystem community. It introduces them to LoRaWAN and provides them with connectivity solutions and valuable online free-access resources from basic to advanced levels, helping develop their own solutions in record time.

For growing and scaling businesses by selling or distributing Actility products and solutions, Actility has developed the Channel Partners program. This global network allows engagement with a world-class partner ecosystem, building up industry knowledge, and gaining regional presence to easily offer the integrated solutions customers need.

Håkan Cronqvist

“Daizy will provide Actility’s customers with an ideal solution for onboarding and managing all their IoT devices and data, regardless of what sensing metrics or application they are implementing. Partnering with Actility is an exciting step for Daizy and represents a huge opportunity to jointly deliver a seamless IoT deployment and management experience.” says Håkan Cronqvist, VP sales at Daizy.

Shmuel Solomon

“Having Daizy in our program allows us to count on the experience of a pioneering company, helping our customers effortlessly move from proof of concept to scale, and easing the management of devices, while working together towards an even more connected global infrastructure.” says Shmuel Solomon, channel sales manager, enterprise products.
