1NCE details progress towards 1NCE Lifetime Fee flat rate IoT connectivity launch in mid-2018

The provider of the 1NCE Lifetime Fee, a flat rate IoT connectivity offering, has announced a series of new developments as the company prepares to serve its first customers later in the year. The 1NCE offering is highly disruptive and brings innovative simplicity to IoT connectivity, enabling companies to energise their businesses through enabling IoT services with fixed price connectivity for the lifespan of devices.

1NCE has announced new partnerships with Round Solutions and IoT-enabled streetlighting management company Flashnet. Further partnerships are to be made public soon.

Beta-testing of the 1NCE platform continues with the first connected SIMs now in the system. In addition, the company has successfully exhibited at Mobile World Congress 2018, where it was recognised as one of the shows highlights be renowned analysts such as VDC, Gartner and Ovum. It has also generated a lot of interest through its presence at IoT Tech Expo in London.

In addition, it has added to its sales and marketing team with the appointments of Thomas Lüdemann as vice president of sales for DACH and East Europe, Stephen Fitzpatrick, the vice president of sales for the UK, Ireland and Nordic countries, Laurent Flipo, the vice president of sales for France and Benelux and Alwin Crooijmans, the business development director for The Netherlands. Appoints for two additional sales positions for Italy will be announced soon. To complete the team from a marketing perspective, Claudia Esser has been appointed director of marketing Europe.

These activities have seen 1NCE communicate the value of its proposition and create interest in its pioneering new approach to providing connectivity for IoT devices. The company says it has received positive feedback about its services from companies from various industries such as tank monitoring, streetlighting, asset tracking, heavy machines and equipment tracking and smart parking.
